Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.Good isn’t just good enough. You’re responsible for guiding candidates through the complete hiring process and connecting them to the “RecargaPay way of doing things”.

Responsibilities

  • Design compelling job descriptions to attract top talent to our Product and Technology areas.
  • Source and interview candidates.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and give feedback to all the candidates
  • Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talent.
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media and job boards
  • Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process

Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Excellent organizational ability
  • Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with social media recruiting
  • Advanced in English
