As a Tech Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including source, recruit, interview, selection, and onboarding of new hires. - Identify the best sourcing channels, to attract candidates, according to the area of expertise and seniority level
- Conduct the sourcing of candidates in IT positions (Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Networks, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to proactively understand hiring needs
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help source qualified and diverse candidates
- Effectively interviews candidates and presents screened, qualified individuals to the hiring manager
- Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals
Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced English communication skills (mandatory)
- Previous experience recruiting IT professionals in all levels of seniority
- Previous experience working in IT companies
- Knowledge of technology terms, mainly programming languages, and infrastructure
- Experience in using technology (ATS) and social media (LinkedIn) in their recruitment efforts
- Be Innovative in sourcing strategies for our organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or Human Resource Management
